If you [the commissioner] wish to cancel before I start on your commission, my brother and I will glady give you a refund; however, if I already began to work on your commission [example: final draft (after ~2-5 drafts [pending on complexity]) or progress on lineart] I will not refund the upfront cost. *additional characters; each would range between $10 - $15 each [pending on the complexitiy/effort]

*much more detailed and time-consuming backgrounds, characters, etc.

*mailing the original sketch to you, the commissioner
